SEVENTY-FOUR YEARS IN THE CHISAGO LAKES
Forty-five neighbors who show up.
We run the ice fishing contest and the pancake breakfast. We clean up the highway, fill the food shelf, and send local kids to college. Since 1952.

COMING UP
February. Our biggest day of the year. Holes drilled, prizes on the table, food on the ice, half the county out in the sun.
October. Griddles going by eight, hall full by nine, coffee on all morning. Bring the kids.
December. Bags at the grocery store, filled by neighbors, delivered to the food shelf by us.
WHAT WE DO
Nobody here draws a salary. What we raise at the breakfast and out on the ice turns into scholarships for Chisago Lakes seniors, eye exams and glasses for people who can't cover them, and food on the shelf when a family needs it.
VISION / HUNGER / YOUTH / ENVIRONMENT
Graduating seniors, Scout troops, and the projects that ask.
Meal packing, the grocery bag drive, and the food shelf run.
Same ditches, twice a year, since 1996.
2ND & 4TH WEDNESDAY / 6PM
We meet at the Chisago Lakes Sportsman's Club in Lindstrom. Sit in, meet a few people, eat something. If it's for you, we'll talk about joining.
